Updates for the 2024 / 2025 Portfolio Program:

For the 2024 / 2025 Program the IPRC is excited to offer a secondary Portfolio Program offering, ideally suited to poets & prose writers who have graduated from the Portfolio Program; or poets and writers who have a manuscript of poetry or prose that they are ready to self-publish. While past participation in the Portfolio Program or Certificate Program is not required, the Chapbook Design Program builds on the analog print & publishing tools covered in the Portfolio Program, offering students the opportunity to add another tool to their self-publishing toolbox. Taught by Poetry Alumni Krystle May Statler, the Chapbook Design Program is geared for students looking for more digital design, and page layout support, with instruction in InDesign as the desktop publishing standard, as well as basic design principles, and an overview of production and binding options for the short-run publications. More about the Chapbook Design program here, and about the instructor here.
